Methven is traditionally a sheep and beef practice that has developed into a bustling dairying practice. Local companion animals are also catered for.

Gaye Scott

Gaye started working at Vetlife in August 2010.  She has 10 years dairy experience and enjoys adding another facet to her rural work experiences.  Gay has a strong focus on “keeping it local” and customer service.

 


Vet Technicians

Sherree Bowles

Sherree has a varied background in animal fields from horse work to Zoo Keeper at Orana Wildlife Park, Peacock Springs Wildlife Reserve and Dairy/Beef and Sheep farms.  Other interest include multi-sports, cycling, running and dog training.

John Achten

John graduated from Vet School in Palmerston North in 1991. After spending time in Waihi and Te Awamutu, John moved to Ashburton to work in a local vet clinic for 10 years. John then joined Vetlife in July 2008.
