Sarah Little – Clinic Manager
Sarah comes from a farm at the back of Cave, she has just returned from her OE in Ireland where she worked as a Nanny.Previous to that she studied and worked as a Vet Nurse in Dunedin.Sarah started at our Temuka clinic in September 2010 and has just moved down to our Oamaru clinic.

Garry Marsh – Rural Business Development
Garry has been working in the farming and meat industry for the past 26 years. He joined Vetlife in February 2009 and is enjoying the challenges of his role in North Otago. Garry’s land of origin was North Otago but grew up on the Taieri. Garry moved back to Oamaru eight years ago where he enjoys the North Otago lifestyle with his wife Trish and their two sons. Interests include his family, supporting their sport, roughing it in the highcountry and his passion for rugby.
Nicola Joyce
Nicola joined Vetlife Oamaru in July 2006 as a farm representative servicing dairy, sheep, beef and deer. She was born and bred on a dairy farm in Glenavy and has her own beef breeding and fattening block at Tokarahi. In her spare time she likes to go for a ride on her horse and taking her 2 labradors for a walk, but most of her spare time is spent on her farm.

Dario Mendoza-Echeverria
Dario is originally from Chile, the uttermost land on Earth. After practicing as a vet for 10 years came to New Zealand to gain experience in medicine and surgery of cattle, and ended up living permanently here. Dario assists our vets in North Otago as an enthusiastic technician in the field and in the clinic. He is married and has two children.

Catherine Riveron
Cath moved from Cardiff, Wales to Oamaru in 2010. She is a small animal vet with a particular interest in cat and dog behavior and runs ‘Puppy Class’ at the Oamaru clinic. Cath and her partner have a 1000 ewe sheep farm just south of Oamaru and a cat called Smee.
Ivan Holloway (Vetlife Director)
Ivan graduated from Massey University with an Agricultural degree in 1979. Ivan farmed in the Manawatu region before returning to Massey in 1994 to pursue his veterinary degree. In 1998 Ivan moved to Oamaru and began working for North Otago Vet Services, before purchasing the practice in 2006 and merging with South and Mid Canterbury Vets (now Vetlife). Ivan is married to Bronwyn and they have four boys.
