Toni has been with Vetlife Temuka since 2004. Toni works in the stock room with Andrew. Being an animal lover Toni really enjoys working with animals and animal products. Toni lives on a lives style block just out of Cave with all her animals and enjoys the outdoors and most sports.
Wendy Smith has worked for Vetlife Pleasant Point for four years and works part time from Monday to Thursday. She has an extensive knowledge of the veterinary products. Wendy is married to Barney and they have an adult daughter. In their spare time Wendy and Barney enjoy timeout on their motorbike.
Maurie works with Vetlife as one of their rep’s and is based out of the Pleasant Point Branch. Maurie lives in Timaru and is married with two adult children and three grandchildren. Maurie has extensive knowledge of not only the products but also of the area. Prior to joining Vetlife Maurie was a Merchandise Manager of Pyne Gould Guiness for 15 years. Maurie is a keen on golf and fly fishing.
Emma is a part time vet nurse, and has 10 years vet nursing and customer service experience. Emma is married and has a young family, and enjoys horse riding.
Hayden Barker is the Practice Manager at Vetlife Pleasant Point and has been working with his team since 2002. Prior to joining Vetlife Hayden spent three years in Taurarumui working, before heading off to England, where he spent time working in mixed practices there and with MAF during the Foot and Mouth Outbreak. Hayden lives locally and is keen on outdoor pursuits.
Beatrix Loomes has worked in mixed practice in South Canterbury since graduation. Beatrix was an owner/operator of Vet Point for eight years before joining the Vetlife team recently. Beatrix and her husband Don farm deer, cattle and sheep in Taiko, they have two children plus one cat and lots of dogs and horses.
Katie grew up on a sheep and beef property in Marlborough. She is married to Hamish who works for Redline. Being a vet has been a goal Katie set for herself as a 6 year old with many rescued pets from lambs to magpies. She joined the Vetlife Pleasant Point Team in May 2009.
