I have grown up in South Canterbury on our family farm not far from Pleasant Point. I love working in the rural community and enjoy the variety that farming provides. My entire family are involved in the farming sector and conversations invariably turn to the price of wool, lambs, feed situations and the weather! Besides work, I enjoy the outdoors, tramping, biking, netball, horse riding and socialising.

I first joined Vetlife in 2000 having spent the previous 10 years working in dairy practice in the UK. Currently, within Vetlife I head up the Diary Excellence programme. This is a broad initiative responsible for a monthly client newsletter, developing new services and products, coordinating trial work, increasing communication and skill sharing between colleagues, organising internal CPD meetings and reviewing and coordinating the large animal business across the Vetlife clinics. The overall aim is to improve service and product delivery to clients and career satisfaction for Vetlife staff. Outside work, I enjoy family life, struggling to stay fit and keeping on top of the garden and home.
