Hub Manager – South Canterbury
Vetlife is a large veterinary practice on the east coast of the South Island of New Zealand. As a result of the continuing expansion of the business and the need to create more support for colleagues as well as customer focus for clients, we currently have an opportunity for a Hub Manager based in our Temuka branch and covering our South Canterbury clinics. This is a full time position working with a dedicated and professional team who offer both companion and production animal veterinary services to the surrounding community. This role requires someone with great communication and people skills, a passion for customer service, and a high level of motivation.
A key focus for this role would be the implementation of continuous improvement and growth initiatives. In addition you would be responsible for the efficient and smooth day to day running of the South Canterbury branches and the delivery of a high quality service to our client base.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering on objectives and a strong background in customer service and retail. It would be an advantage to have an understanding of the veterinary industry or have a rural background.
