Companion Animal Veterinary Position - Ashburton

An exceptional opportunity for an experience practitioner at Vetlife Ashburton.

As part of our growing business of 16 branches, Vetlife Ashburton has a considerable companion animal client base, covering both urban and rural areas and continues to experience growth year on year. Our clinic facilities are substantial, supported by an exceptional group of companion animal veterinary colleagues (3FTE) as well as a highly effective team of clinical and administrative support staff. This clinic has enjoyed a sustained and targeted investment into veterinary clinic plant and equipment.

After hours are covered by a shared clinic roster.

The position being advertised is for a full time permanent colleague to head up this Vetlife clinical department. Applicants need to be experienced with strong collegial public track record, published work and preferably holding post graduate qualifications. Vetlife operates a number of species specific internal excellence programmes to support all of its clinical positions. Central Otago Production Animal Practitioners - Alexandra

Vetlife has an exciting veterinary position available in Central Otago for experienced and motivated large animal practitioners with a strong emphasis on Dairy. The positions will involve the growth of existing client bases and developing relationships with new clients in and around the Alexandra area.

There is a strong focus on preventative medicine with the opportunity to work closely with Vetlife clients to assist them in developing their businesses. The salary and CPD allowance is competitively structured, with management and senior responsibility positions emerging across the practice.  As a large and diverse practice, Vetlife offers a unique opportunity for career development and the development of knowledge and skills, working alongside a team of highly experienced and committed practitioners.
