Putting our people first

We take just as good care of each other as we do animals

The aim of the new graduate programme is to provide internal CPD, upskill vets prior to each season and provide an internal support network between vets within Vetlife. No matter a vet’s level of experience, our culture is to help one another whenever needed. We take health and safety and wellbeing very seriously and have our own in-house safety programme to ensure best practice. We also have a wellbeing coordinator who promotes education and offers extra support.
