Terms and Conditions for Facebook Pawsome Summer Spots Giveaway Caption Contest
- Eligibility: This contest is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older. Employees of Vetlife ltd, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Contest Period: The contest begins on Jan 1, 2025 and ends on Jan 31, 2025. Entries submitted after the contest period will not be considered.
- How to Enter: To enter the contest, participants must post a photo of their pet enjoying summer with a caption for the designated photo in the comments section of the Vetlife Pets Facebook page’s contest post.
- Entry Limit: Each participant may submit only one caption. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
- Winner Selection: Winners will be selected by a panel of judges based on creativity, originality, and relevance to the photo. The decision of the judges is final.
- Prize: The winners will receive one of the Vetlife Pawsome Summer Spot pet items. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
- Winner Notification: The winner will be announced on the Vetlife Pets Facebook page and notified via direct message within 7 days of the contest end date. If the winner does not respond within 3 days, an alternate winner will be selected. Winners will be able to collect their prize from a Vetlife clinic of their choice upon prior arrangement. Vetlife will not be held liable for the cost of transport to or from the clinic.
- Rights Granted by You: By entering this contest, you grant Vetlife Ltd. the right to use your caption, name, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
